INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Thomas Hardy has been charged with murder for the death of IMPD Officer David Moore.

An explosion at Russia’s busiest airport has killed at least 23 and injured 130, Russia’s state news agency has reported.
The blast took place in the baggage pick-up area of Domodedovo Airport, Russia’s top investigative agency said.
